The Details
Hummingbird Social is a new business dedicated to Pinterest Marketing Strategies and Virtual Assistance. They are dedicated to helping female bloggers, entrepreneurs and coaches expand their reach to find their target audience through Pinterest. With over 400 million people on Pinterest every month, it’s likely that anyone’s target audience is using this search engine, and Hummingbird Social helps connect the two. According to Pinterest, if it were a country it would surpass the United States as the third largest in the world based on monthly users.
Based on Hummingbird Social’s target audience and goals for their brand–we created a unique brand identity that both showcases the feeling the founder, Tammy, wanted to convey based on her personality as well as the design and feeling that a potential female blogger, entrepreneur or coach may be looking for. We wanted the brand to feel soft, professional, approachable, and established.

We put together this moodboard based on the following information.
The color palette of purples, greens and blues was chosen based on our in-depth work with Hummingbird Social on the overall feeling they wanted to convey. From this color palette, we found imagery that felt like it would speak to the following target audience:
- Women ages 22-60
- Bloggers
- Entrepreneurs
- Coaches
- Anyone looking to grow their audience
- In the following niches: Lifestyle, fashion, food, fitness, interior design, branding and graphic design, coaches and education
